Great Plains family physician and faculty member, Philip Palmer MD, has been selected for promotion to the rank of Lt. Colonel in the Army Reserve Medical Corps. Dr. Palmer has been with Great Plains since 1996. He joined the Army Reserve Medical Corp in 2008. Congratulations to Dr. Palmer!
