First Year Blog

Well, it seems like we just started yesterday. But here we are 6 months into this pivotal year and I find it quite qmazing how much we've learned about medicine and about each other in general. Our class (and our program) is very diverse in that some of us want to practice urban medicine and some of us can't wait to get to a small town and hang our shingle. And yet we all seem to have a basic common goal: to push the bar each day to not only improve ourselves, but to improve each other.

We have been very excited in helping to select the class of 2012 so we can hand off THE PAGER (j/k). In all seriousness, we have been excited about the applicants in this cycle and the prospects of a strong intern class. Although, our class will be tough to rival. Again totally kidding!
