Here at Great Plains, Halloween means a highly competitive costume contest and the annual chili cookoff. 2008 may go down in Great Plains history as the best year for costumes, ever! We can't show you everybody, but we can show you the Third Place winners for the costume contest - the third year residents as Wizard of Oz characters!
