Things are exciting here in Afghanistan. The weather has been rainy the last few days, which has led to cooler temps and a quiet ER. The Taliban isn't as inclined to attack when the weather is bad and even if they do, the helicopters can't fly to bring us wounded, so we have a few quiet days, which is nice.
