Dr. Baker graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of medicine, then completed residency at Great Plains Family Medicine Residency Program, where he was Chief Resident. Since graduating from residency he has been in practice with Deaconess Family Physicians in Oklahoma City. He has served as an attending for the Deaconess pre-medicine internship program and teaches in-patient medicine to Great Plains residents.

Dr. Baker is certified by the American Board of Family Physicians. He is a member of the AMA, OSMA, AAFP, and a delegate at large for the OAFP.
